Yes, you can order our products for delivery through the GLOVO platform if you are within approximately 6 km of one of our stores.

There are a few possible reasons: we may be closed, you might be located more than 6 km away from one of our stores, or the system may be temporarily blocked due to too many incoming orders or because there are no available riders. In this last case, the issue is only temporary, so please try again after a few minutes.

It may already be sold out, or it might not be available on the menu at this time of year.

All malfunctions or issues related to the delivery service (delays, missing items, payments, refunds, etc.) are not managed by PUOK but are the exclusive responsibility of GLOVO. To resolve any problem, please contact GLOVO customer support directly through their app.

We do not serve gluten-free burgers. We would love to accommodate our gluten-intolerant friends, but unfortunately our kitchens do not meet the space requirements set by regulations. For all other allergen information, click the "Explore the Menu" link in the MENU page of our website.

Our menu includes one vegetarian burger, with a recipe that changes according to seasonal ingredients. Another vegetarian option is to order any of our burgers without the meat: they're still delicious! At the moment, we don't offer vegan burger recipes.

Our burgers are not customizable. Recipes can only be modified by removing ingredients (but not by adding new ones).

Our stores are take-away only, so reservations are not required and there is no seating available. However, you can enjoy your burgers at the tables of the bar next door by purchasing a drink there.
